Gayatri Projects declared that it has pocketed a new road agreement in Nagaland, in joint venture ( JV) with Maytas Infra, from the Nagaland administartion for broadening roads in the state of Nagaland.

The order is valued at Rs 11.30 billion.

The JV has bagged a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Nagaland administration to this extent.

Gayatri Projects Limited has recorded an increase of 25.93% in its net profit for the first quarter of the existing year (2010-11).

During the period, the company registered a net profit of Rs 15.06 crore.

The Hyderabad-based Infrastructure company had a net profit of Rs 11.96 crore during the same period of 2009.
