NALCO gains 2% on NPCIL order

Nalco has come up with a plan to set up nuclear power plant in south Orissa’s Ganjam worth Rs 12,000 crore. For this, the company is in talks with Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL).
Shares of Nalco have touched an intra-day high of Rs 348.90 and low of Rs 342. The total volume of the shares traded stood at 52,232.

National Aluminium Company (NALCO), Asia`s largest integrated aluminium producer has announced it has clinched a strategic alliance agreement with a Canadian company Rio Tinto Alcan for enhancing its footprints in India and abroad.
According to sources, the strategic alliance would help both the companies to share information to identify potential to create value for both the organizations.
