Suryalata Spinning Mills All Set To Expand Capacity

Hyderabad-based Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd has decided to expand its blended yarn spinning capacity by the next few years.
The BSE-listed company said that it would take its blended yarn spinning capacity to 2,00,000 spindles in the coming years.
Gayatri Projects Q1 Net Profit Zooms 25.93%

Gayatri Projects Limited has recorded an increase of 25.93% in its net profit for the first quarter of the existing year (2010-11).
During the period, the company registered a net profit of Rs 15.06 crore.
The Hyderabad-based Infrastructure company had a net profit of Rs 11.96 crore during the same period of 2009.
Suven Life receives US patents for NCEs

In a statement to the BSE, the Hyderabad-based biopharmaceutical company said that U. S. patent office has approved two molecules in the central nervous system
(CNS) arena developed by the company for the treatment of cognitive disorders and these patents are applicable till 2022 and 2024.
Aurobindo Pharma to buy Trident Life Sciences

In a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Aurobindo Pharma official said, “The board has approved the acquisition of 100 per cent stake of TLSL subject to suitable agreements between the parties for the same and conditions customary to the closing of the transaction.”
Astra Microwave Bags Rs 138 Million Order

Astra Microwave Products has received an order for Rs 138 million from Antrix Corporation for supply, installation and commissioning of remote unmanned automatic weather stations in 500 locations across India.
The weather stations will telecast live data via satellite to the Indian Space Research Organization's central servers on a 24X7 basis.
Maytas Infra Bags Rs 169.5 Crore Project

Maytas Infra bags Rs 39-crore order from JSW co

South West Infrastructure Private Ltd is a flagship conglomerate of Jindal Steel Works (JSW).
According to the sources, the proposed order entails construction of township for employees of JSW Power Project coming up near Rathnagiri district of Maharashtra State. The project includes building of 3 BHK units of 18 flats, 2 BHK units of 132 flats, and 96 hostel units.
