Powersoft Global Solutions has announced that the conglomerate has pumped Rs 26 million in its wholly owned arm RFID Global Solutions (P) formerly Concentric RF Systems (P) by subscribing towards 2.6 million equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each at par.

According to the sources, the company offers business technology software, geographic information systems (GIS) and engineering solutions.

The sources further revealed that Powersoft Global Solutions also provides software and radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions to businesses and organizations in order to facilitate them simplify their operations and businesses.

Scrip of Powersoft Global Solutions closed at Rs 13, down 1.49 percent on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The total volume of shares traded at BSE was 6,315.
