US telecom operator Motorola is all set to start trial services of 4G in India by the end of this year.
The 4G service also known as Long-Term Evolution (LTE) is going to give strong challenge to Indian government’s plan to raise Rs 35,000 crore from selling radio frequency for the 3G telecom technology.
In a statement by company official, Motorola India will soon discuss with the Department of Telecom (DoT) for trial spectrum. The new 4G service will provide 70 Mbps download speed on a mobile phone.
The company has already tested the fourth generation telecom technology, and is all set to start for its trial services.
