Unity Infraprojects Limited has pocketed an order from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Powai, Mumbai.

The scope of project consists of building of hostel 15 and 16 comprising internal services such as fire fighting, public health, electrical, elevators etc at IIT Powai.

The order is valued at Rs 745.4 million.

On Sep 02, Unity Infraprojects Ltd declared that it received a deal for development of NIFT Campus on Plot No. 15 (2nd Phase) & Plot No. 20 in Sector-4 at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

The order has been awarded by City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd (CIDCO) / National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).

The project worth Rs 1.03 billion is to be finished by the next two years.

At 03:03 pm, the stock of the company gained 2.2% to trade at Rs 117.15 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The share price has seen a 52-week high of Rs 138.40 and a low of Rs 71.56 on BSE.

Current EPS & P/E ratio stood at 12.20 and 9.60 respectively.
