Tata Nano Sales Hit 10,000/Month Mark In April

Auto major Tata Motors declared that its small car Nano has surpassed the coveted 10,000 unit sales mark during the last month with the sales of the ''lakhtakia'' hitting 10,012 units, up by 184% as against April 2010.
The company has sold 1,10,794 Nano units by April end.
Besides the 619 odd regular sales outlets, Tata Motors has established Special Nano Access Points where clients can experience, test-drive or test-ride the car.
In addition, the world's cheapest car is also being made obtainable via about 151 Tata Authorised Service Centres.
The car comes with a 4-year/60,000-km maker's warranty without additional charge.
Tata Motors Finance (TMF), which offers funding for all Tata Motors vehicles, provides a special Tata Nano finance plan, under which a client can obtain from 90% to 100% loan with select documents in two days.
In addition, Tata Motors has tied up with 29 banks and NBFCs to offer customers loans for purchasing the Tata Nano at attractive rates of interest.
