The UK based communication offerings and services provider company, BT, has launched its New Delhi Technology showcase facility to enhance service delivery capabilities to back multinational companies who have reserved a secure place for their business in Indian market and in rest of the region as well to help Indian corporations operate in other parts of the world.
The recent launch can be considered as a part of its ongoing investment plan in Asia Pacific. The renowned company claims to create more than 60 new major roles in India, influenced from previously announced Asia Pacific expansion plan. The proposal was drafted to cover sales enablement, delivery along with implementation of services for customers.
The President of BT Global Services Asia Pacific, Kevin Taylor, has tagged India as critical component to BT's success and vision and said that it is a key location for large number of global companies.
"Many of our customers are expanding into India and we are investing to extend our communications infrastructure and services to support their growth”, explained Taylor. "We have a long history of investment, a strong customer base and an excellent product and solution offering in this country, the latest example of which may be seen in the New Delhi showcase, bringing to life the opportunities offered by a networked, converged world”.
