PM Congratulates Japan's Newly Elected Ruler

According to reports, Wen Jiabao, Chinese Prime Minister, recently claimed that he was very happy for the Japan's newly elected Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda.
While sharing his views about new Prime Minister he asserted that he certainly believed that the new chief would continue to maintain the good relationships between both countries.
According to the grapevine, he was left unsaid when he was asked about the China’s and other Asian nations concerns regarding Noda's opinions on Japan's wartime inheritance controversies.
In the meantime, while sharing his views about the war controversies, the new Prime Minister asserted that that he doesn't considered the fact that the top Class Japanese conflict wrongdoers, who were jailed by the Allies after the end of World War II were the only war criminals, which should be brutally punished the country’s authorities.
Meanwhile, a spokesman from the South Korean Foreign Ministry accounted that the country officials still believed to promote the future orientation programs between both the countries.
As per the information, the Asian stock markets gave its best performance in its first quarter.
On the other hand, Ben Bernanke's, Federal Reserve Chairman, said, "For a market still bathing in the Bernanke glow, this was an eagerly consumed slice of cake”.
