Foster’s to Takeover SABMillerThere is soon going to be a takeover agreement between Foster's and SABMiller. It was revealed by the CE of the firm that this agreement shall help in the establishment of an essential beachhead on the Asia Pacific Ocean.

The deal was made public after the stock exchange closing at $4.89; down by 2 points that the previous time. This shall be a joint venture of the Coca-Cola Amatil and SABMiller brews. The former is putting its beer plans on hold for the moment ad shall sell its business in the Pacific to SABMiller.

Some of the Foster's spirit operations shall be taken up by the firm.

''We expect to build on the initiatives that Foster's management has put in place, further enhancing Foster's performance and creating value for our shareholders", revealed Graham Mackay from SABMiller.

Besides this, the two main associates of SABMiller, Woolworths and Coles are going to have to renew their dealings as two of the largest pubs and liquor shops in the country.

Corona, the main import brand for Foster's, might also have to shift with new partner because the Mexican owner of the firm shall not run in accordance with the Australian rights.
