Brand war between Samsung and Apple has reached yet another level, and it seems there is no end to this war in the near term. Samsung Electronics
Co. has blamed Apple to be violating its mobile and user interface patents, and henceforth has asked Japan and Australia judges to put a temporary
ban on the sale of the iPhone 4S. If Samsung wins the above claim, then it would be a double win situation for them, as it is also expecting a ban of
Apple's iPad 2, a verdict which is on wait in Japan's court. Samsung said that they had their share, and now it is turn of Apple to witness
consequences of breaching rights. It further stated, "Apple has continued to violate our patent rights and free ride on our technology and we will no
longer stand idly by and will steadfastly protect our intellectual property". Samsung would have to struggle more, as despite making lots of efforts in
order to get ban order, before it get on sale in Italy and France, the iPhone 4S was put on sale in seven countries, and one of the them was France. It's
been seven months now, and the war between two is only on rise, and it started with 20 lawsuits filed by the Apple in different countries. First win was
of Apple, as it successful in getting orders to put a ban on sales of Samsung tablets in Germany and Australia.
